cabbage patani pooriyal




so delicious a dish and very easy to make too.


cut fresh cabbage into small shreds,a handful of peas-cook these in a cooker ,when they have become softly cooked ,season them with curry leaves,green chilles,coriander,cumin and add salt to taste.

You can make variations as you like.Adding ginger,onion,garlic ,asofitida as per your choice can make it more aromatic and healthier.
